By the time you read these comments you will already have visited our
home page and are aware of Jules Harrison Mitsubishi's vision and guiding
principals.
This mission statement was developed by a cross-functional team of line
employees and reflects the attitude and business philosophy of the entire
store. At Jules Harrison Mitsubishi we believe that a team of motivated
individuals empowered to make decisions can improve our processes
resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Whether you are visiting
our Service Department, Parts Department or Sales Department, you will
find that our employees are empowered to resolve problems at the lowest
possible level. To us, exceeding our customers expectation means making
your sales and service experience as pleasant as driving the vehicle
itself!
Our professional sales staff take a decidedly "soft sell" approach and
share the same commitment to quality, service and integrity. They put
their extensive training, product knowledge and experience to work for
you. Our business managers rank among the best in the industry and are
well-versed in the most current lease and finance programs. The combined
goal of the Sales Department is to provide you with all the facts
necessary to make an informed buying decision.
We're proud of our facilities and employees. Showing you around is part
of our normal customer service policy. You will find that our operation
is as smooth-running as our vehicles. Additionally, we encourage you to
speak with customers visiting any of our departments. After all, they
are our best representatives.
