dealership in regards to the professionalism they show, and also in
the way they handle a customer.
My wife and I came into your dealership on the 12th of April with the
idea in mind of looking for a replacement vehicle for my work car. We
were treated with extreme courtesy, had all of our questions answered
clearly, and were shown a full range of vehicles that would fit what
we were looking for, without any attempt to upgrade or pressure to
close. As a result, we purchased a 1991 Tempo that I am very pleased
with.
I wish to add a personal commendation to Mike Esparra, whom we met at
the outset and who stayed with us through the entire time we were
shopping. His complete knowledge of all his product, and his attitude
toward a customer should be commended and rewarded. He is an
outstanding representative of your dealership.

Your willingness to buff out scratches inadvertently made in a new car's
finish by a local Boy Scout during a car wash is very much
appreciated.
The Boy Scouts were were working to earn money to attend Summer Camp
and had no idea they caused any damage. By the courtesy of Jules Harrison
Ford, the Scouts were able to keep the money they had labored to earn and
you pleased a local car owner as well. Thank you for such support and
encouragement for the youth of our community!

Dear Sir:
On September 21, 1995, my mother purchased a 1994 Ford
Taurus from your dealership. The salesman who assisted her in this
purchase was Steve Deuel. During this time my husband and I both had
the opportunity to meet with Steve, as we both were asked by Mother to
test ride the car she was looking at buying. We both were very
impressed with Steve and the sincerity in which he dealt with Mother.
He is a fine salesman and we appreciate the fact that he spent so much
time working to locate the car that he knew Mother would be interested
in purchasing.
At present, my husband and I are not in the market for another vehicle,
but when the time arises there is no doubt that we shall contact Steve
Deuel, as he is a salesman of absolute integrity and honesty.

Dear Jack Jardine,
I find it very necessary to give you some information about one of the
employees at Jules Harrison Ford. At least someone should know and I feel
that you'll know what to do.
This is about someone named Dennis who works in your service department.
I don't know his last name.
Tami locked her keys in her car in my driveway and then went to Spokane
with her mother. What a mess! Well, Friday morning I called Jules
Harrison
Ford and was put in contact with Dennis. I know that Dennis went to a lot
of extra time and effort to obtain the necessary information regarding
Tami's car. He then relayed this information to Magic Valley Lock & Key
- picked up a new key and all of my problems were solved. What a relief.
I didn't stop to thank Dennis, but I am deeply grateful to him and to
Jules Harrison Ford. Service like this makes a BIG impression on me, and
I will
certainly tell my friends. This demonstrates that the customer is still
remembered long after the sale is completed. (Of course, you have always
taken care of me.) I don't know how to compensate Dennis for all of his
extra effort, but I do want Roy Raymond Ford and Dennis to know how I
feel.
